Children and Youth Resident Camps

OCC’s Camp Solgohachia fills up quickly! We offer 10-11 weeks of resident camping. These weeks are booked annually by churches and special groups who come to enjoy our own OCC programming or DIY (Do-It-Yourself) programs. Our staff is prepared to provide everything you need for camp including worship, parties, events, activities and Bible studies. OR we can just host your week here and let you do what you are great at: ministering and serving your own kids.

Currently, we can accommodate 85 guests per week, and we hope to grow and grow into lodging more in the future, due to the great demand. Groups come from 2-5 days. Please contact lori@ozarkconference.org if you are interested in bringing a group here for summer camp! As of February 1, we have May 31-June 4, July 5-9 and August 9-12 open for church camps.

Another alternative is OCC’s own sponsored camp from June 21-26. The registration form is provided on this website. You may also register a camper by phone or email. Our summer camp is for any child or teen between 8 and 14 years old. It includes spending the night in air-conditioned cabins or lodges with 2 trained counselors who were carefully chosen for the summer. Each day, your child will enjoy a multitude activities, themes, pool parties, carnivals. Worship involves a morning devotion time overlooking the valley and lakes below us, and a night service with a worship band, skits, speaker and small groups. Night worship is followed by a party wrapped in the day’s theme! Kids have so much fun here that they often cry when it’s time to go home. (This is a good thing!) Camp can change a child’s life and grow him/her in confidence, agility, social skills, appreciation of the outdoors and personal faith. Send them to CAMP SOLGOHACHIA this summer!
